On March 25, 2021, Tribe Property Technologies Inc. commenced trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the ticker “TRBE”. Tribe’s listing on the TSX Venture Exchange was completed through a three-cornered amalgamation involving a CPC, Cherry Street Capital Inc., and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Cherry Street. In advance of Tribe’s listing on the TSX Venture Exchange, Tribe also completed brokered and non-brokered private placements issuing in total 2,665,984 subscription receipts at a price of $5.00 per subscription receipt for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $13.33 million.
