On January 31, 2022, Talon Metals Corp. completed a bought deal public offering and a concurrent non-brokered private placement for an aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $33.9 million.
Pursuant to the public offering, Talon Metals issued 38,200,000 shares at a price of $0.72 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of $27.5 million.
Pursuant to the private placement, Talon Metals issued 8,953,013 shares at a price of $0.72 per common share with Pallinghurst Nickel International Ltd. for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6.4 million.
