On March 2, 2022, Talisker Resources Ltd. closed a bought deal private placement of 28,000,000 common shares at a price of $0.25 per common share and 15,593,000 charity flow-through common shares at a price of $0.355 per charity flow-through common share, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $12.5 million.
