On May 14, 2020, Sandstorm Gold Ltd. announced the establishment of an at-the-market equity program (“ATM Program”) that allows Sandstorm Gold to issue up to US$140 million of common shares to the public. The ATM Program is being conducted concurrently in Canada and the United States.
