On December 22, 2020, Ruckify Inc. and Apolo III Acquisition Corp. announced that Ruckify completed its previously announced private placement of 1,729,114 common shares at a price of $4.00 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6.9 million. Eight Capital was the lead agent in the brokered portion of the offering. Ruckify and Apolo also announced that they entered into a definitive amalgamation agreement pursuant to which will result in a reverse take-over of Apolo by Ruckify.
