On March 2, 2026, Roxmore Resources Inc. completed a non-brokered private placement of 13,600,000 common shares at a price of $2.40 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $32.6 million. Roxmore is focused on developing its flagship Converse Gold Project, located in Nevada, U.S. The proceeds of the offering will be used primarily to accelerate the advancement of the Converse Gold Project and general corporate purposes, as approved by management of Roxmore from time to time.
