On January 2, 2025, Quisitive Technology Solutions Inc. announced that it had entered into an arrangement agreement pursuant to which an affiliate of H.I.G. Capital will acquire all of the issued and outstanding common shares of Quisitive for a total equity value of approximately $169.1 million.
