On November 22, 2021, Quisitive Technology Solutions, Inc. exercised the accordion feature under its existing credit facility, increasing the principal amount under its term loan by US$15 million. The accordion drawdown was completed in connection with its previously announced acquisition of Texas-based Catapult Systems, LLC, a Microsoft-focused digital solutions and services provider.
