On November 1, 2022, Perrigo Company plc, as part of a $170 million investment in its North American infant formula manufacturing capabilities, acquired the infant formula business of Nestlé Canada Inc. and Gerber Products Company in the United States and Canada, including Nestlé’s infant formula plant located in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and the North American rights to the Good Start formula brand.
