On April 8, 2021, Nighthawk Gold Corp. completed a bought deal private placement of 2,550,000 units, each comprised of one non-flow-through common share and 0.4 of one warrant, 865,000 flow-through units, each comprised of one flow-through common share and 0.4 of one warrant and 5,750,000 premium flow-through units, each comprised of one flow-through common share and 0.4 of one warrant, for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $10.95 million.
