On June 30, 2017, NexGen Energy Ltd. announced that it had entered into a binding term sheet with CEF Holdings Limited for a second financing package totalling US$110 million. The financing package is comprised of:
• US$50 million of common shares of NexGen (approximately 24.1 million common shares at a price of C$2.70 per share) and;
• US$60 million aggregate principal amount of unsecured convertible debentures (new debentures will be convertible at the holder’s option into common shares at a conversion price of C$3.52).
The transaction is expected to close by July 21, 2017.
