On June 30, 2022, Montage Gold Corp. closed a private placement offering of 28,571,429 subscription receipts at an price of $0.70 per subscription receipt for gross proceeds of approximately $20 million.
The offering was led by Stifel GMP, as lead underwriter, on behalf of a syndicate of underwriters including Beacon Securities Limited, BMO Capital Markets, and Raymond James Ltd.
