On November 19, 2020, Juno Corp. completed a non-brokered private placement of 4,254,999 common shares at a price of $0.60 per share, 2,917,471 flow-through shares at a price of $0.70 per share and 2,723,833 charity flow-through shares at a price of $0.78 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $6.72 million.
