On July 31, 2020, Integra Resources Corp.’s common shares commenced trading on NYSE American. In furtherance of the NYSE American listing, Integra continued into British Columbia, consolidated its issued and outstanding common shares, and filed both a preliminary and final base shelf prospectus in Canada and a registration statement in the United States to qualify the issuance of up to $100 million of its securities.
