On January 11, 2022, Industrial Opportunity Partners (“IOP”), an operations-focused private equity firm, acquired Applegate Holdings, LLC and the assets of Greenfiber Holdings, LLC, to form Applegate Greenfiber Holdings LLC, the largest North American producer of cellulose insulation.
