On November 24, 2021, Horizonte Minerals Plc. announced pricing of an equity fundraising to raise aggregate gross proceeds of approximately US$197 million as part of a comprehensive funding package of US$633 million which is expected to complete the funding required for the construction of Horizonte’s Araguaia project in Brazil.
