On March 8, 2021, GTEC Holdings Ltd. completed a non-brokered private placement of 13,750,000 units at a price $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of $2.75 million. Each unit consists of one common share and one half of one share purchase warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at $0.30 for a period of three years from closing of the offering.
