On January 15, 2020, Gibraltar Industries, Inc., a leading manufacturer and distributor of building products for the industrial, infrastructure and residential markets, completed its acquisition of the assets of Thermo Energy Systems Inc., a provider of commercial greenhouse solutions in North America.
