On March 6, 2020, G2 Goldfields Inc. closed a non-brokered private placement of 6,750,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $1.35 million. Each unit is comprised of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant of G2 Goldfields. Each whole share purchase warrant is exercisable to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.35 for a period of 18 months from the closing date.
