On April 1, 2022, Fullbay, Inc., a portfolio company of Mainsail Partners, a Texas-based growth equity firm, a turn-key platform that improves the operational efficiency of heavy-duty repair shops, closed the purchase of all of the issued and outstanding shares of Dieselmatic Digital, Inc., a company in the business of providing Internet marketing services primarily to the commercial repair shops.
