On January 13, 2022, Electra Battery Materials Corporation entered into an at-the-market equity distribution agreement with CIBC World Markets Inc. to establish an at-the-market equity program, allowing Electra to issue common shares having an aggregate sale price of up to $20 million. In connection with the ATM program, Electra filed a prospectus supplement to a short form base shelf prospectus dated November 26, 2020, as amended by an amendment to the base shelf dated November 30, 2021. Any common shares sold under the ATM program will be sold at the prevailing market price at the time of sale when sold through the TSX Venture Exchange or any other recognized marketplace for the common shares in Canada.
