On October 22, 2021, Deal Pro Capital Corporation (TSXV: DPCC.P) successfully completed its initial public offering of 2,507,000 common shares at a price of $0.10 per share for aggregate gross proceeds of $205,700. The net proceeds of the IPO, together with proceeds from prior sales of common shares, will be used by Deal Pro Capital to identify and evaluate assets and businesses for acquisition with a view to completing a qualifying transaction under the TSXV’s capital pool company program. Hampton Securities Limited acted as agent for the IPO.
