On January 17, 2020, Cordoba Minerals Corp. completed a strategic private placement of 91,372,536 common shares at an issue price of $0.12 per common share to JCHX Mining Management Co., Ltd. for gross proceeds of approximately $11 million. In connection with the strategic private placement, Cordoba Minerals and JCHX entered into an investor rights agreement.
