On August 6, 2021, Yamana Gold Inc. completed an offering of US$500 million principal amount of 2.630% senior, unsecured notes due August 15, 2031. The proceeds of the sale of the notes were used to fund the redemption of certain of Yamana’s outstanding senior notes.
