On September 30, 2020, Victoria Gold Corp. closed a bought deal secondary offering of common shares with Orion Mine Finance and a syndicate of underwriters co-led by BMO Capital Markets and CIBC Capital Markets and including PI Financial Corp. A total of 3,383,300 common shares were bought by the underwriters from Orion Mine at a price of $17 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $57.5 million, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
