On June 15, 2021, Just Kitchen Holdings Corp. closed a bought deal public offering of 12,963,000 common shares at a price of $1.35 per common share for gross proceeds of approximately $17.5 million, which includes a partial exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
The offering was led by Beacon Securities Limited, as lead underwriter, together with Canaccord Genuity Corp.
