On September 28, 2021, GreenSpace Brands Inc. completed a bought deal private placement of 47,955,000 units at a price of $0.06 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $2.9 million, which includes the exercise of the underwriters’ overallotment option. Each unit consists of one common share in GreenSpace and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each whole warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share for $0.09 for up to 24 months from the closing date.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by PI Financial Corp. and including Canaccord Genuity Corp.
