On October 28, 2021, good natured Products Inc. closed a public offering of convertible unsecured subordinated debentures for gross proceeds of $17.25 million, which includes the full exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters co-led by National Bank Financial Inc. and Beacon Securities Limited, and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., Integral Wealth Securities Limited, Raymond James Ltd., Paradigm Capital Inc. and PI Financial Corp.
