On March 25, 2021, Galway Metals Inc. completed a bought deal private placement of 5,999,900 national flow-through shares at a price of $1.45 per national flow-through share, 1,087,000 Quebec flow-through shares at a price of $1.84 per Quebec flow-through share and 4,095,400 hard dollar shares at a price of $1.05 per hard dollar share for aggregate gross proceeds of $15 million.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by Paradigm Capital Inc. and including Laurentian Bank Securities Inc., Desjardins Securities Inc. and BMO Capital Markets.
