On December 23, 2020, Giyani Metals Corp. closed a private placement of 37,375,000 units at a price of $0.20 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $7.5 million, which includes the exercise in full of the agents’ option.
Each unit consists of one common share of Giyani and one half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder thereof to purchase one common share at an exercise price of $0.35 until June 23, 2022.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of agents led by Cormark Securities Inc. and including Richardson Wealth Limited and Beacon Securities Limited.
