On March 10, 2022, Bonterra Resources Inc. closed a brokered private placement of 6,405,000 common shares at a price of $1.21 per common share and 8,383,500 flow-through shares at a price of $2.06 per flow-through share, for an aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $25 million.
