On October 21, 2021, Baylin Technologies Inc. announced that it had closed the second and final tranche of a private placement of common shares for additional gross proceeds of approximately $5 million. Pursuant to the second tranche of the offering, Baylin issued 5,883,000 common shares at a price of $0.85 per common share.
The offering was conducted by Paradigm Capital Inc. as lead agent, and Raymond James Ltd.
