On September 30, 2020, Orefinders Resources Inc. completed a brokered private placement led by Echelon Wealth Partners Inc. The offering, which was completed on a best-efforts agency basis, consisted of the sale of 21,125,000 units at a price of $0.10 per unit, 15,000,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.12 per flow-through unit, and 10,000,000 charity flow-through units at a price of $0.14 per charity flow-through unit. Each unit was comprised of one common share of Orefinders and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.15 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering. Each flow-through unit and each charity flow-through unit was comprised of one common share of Orefinders and one-half of one common share purchase warrant, each issued on a flow-through basis, with each whole warrant entitling the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.18 for a period of 24 months from the closing of the offering.
