On January 29, 2021, Netwrix Corporation, an IT security software company based in Irvine, California, acquired 100% of the issued and outstanding shares of FLO Partners Inc. o/a Strongpoint, a Toronto-based enterprise software company. Netwrix is majority-owned by TA Associates, a leading global growth private equity firm.
The in-house Netwrix legal team was led by Rachel Richart, Director of Legal and Corporate Counsel. Cassels acted as Canadian counsel to TA and Netwrix.
