On May 20, 2021, Uranium Royalty Corp. completed a bought deal offering of 6,100,000 common shares pursuant to a short form prospectus for aggregate gross proceeds of approximately $25 million. Uranium Energy Corp., an insider of the company, purchased 1,000,000 common shares in order to maintain its proportionate ownership interest in the company.
The offering was conducted by a syndicate of underwriters led by BMO Nesbitt Burns Inc., and including Canaccord Genuity Corp., H.C. Wainwright & Co., LLC, TD Securities Inc. and Paradigm Capital Inc.
