On November 24, 2022, it was announced that Bruce Linton, the former chairman of Canopy Growth Corporation, acquired an equity interest in Munich-based SynBiotic SE, one of Germany’s leading cannabinoid companies and focused on the growth of the legal cannabis market in Germany.
Mr. Linton will also become chairman of SynBiotic’s newly created advisory board and receive options to buy further shares as compensation for his role.
