On February 16, 2022 AmmPower Corp. closed a private placement to a single U.S. institutional investor of 7,142,858 units at a price of $0.42 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $3 million. Each unit is comprised of one common share of the AmmPower and one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one common share of AmmPower at an exercise price of $0.52 per warrant share, subject to adjustment until February 16, 2027.
