On April 29, 2021, American Lithium Corp. closed a non-brokered private placement of 7,518,750 units at a price of $2.00 per unit for gross proceeds of approximately $15 million.
Each unit consists of one common share of American Lithium and one-half of one common share purchase warrant. Each warrant entitles the holder to purchase one additional common share at a price of $3.00 per warrant share until April 29, 2024.
