On June 12, 2020, 12 Exploration Inc. completed a business combination where it acquired 79North Ltd. The transaction was completed by way of a three-cornered amalgamation pursuant to which 79North amalgamated with a wholly-owned subsidiary of 12 Exploration, and 12 Exploration acquired all the issued and outstanding common shares of 79North on a one to one basis. The common shares of 12 Exploration are expected to commence trading on the Canadian Securities Exchange under the symbol “TWLV” on June 16, 2020.
