Tiffany Chiu is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Her practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and regulatory compliance. Tiffany represents underwriters, agents, and public and private companies across a range of industries. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Tiffany was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
Tiffany received her J.D. from Osgoode Hall Law School in Toronto. While at law school, she served as an editor for the Journal of Law and Social Policy and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada. Tiffany spent a semester on exchange at Bucerius Law School in Germany where she obtained a Certificate in Management and Leadership for Lawyers. Tiffany received a Honours Business Administration from the Ivey Business School at Western University, where she worked as a research assistant to professors in Managerial Accounting and Control.
Prior to attending law school, Tiffany worked in publishing at a leading provider of medical technology market intelligence.
