Tenisha Younge

Manager, Diversity & Inclusion

Tenisha Younge (she/her/hers) serves as the Manager of Diversity & Inclusion at Cassels. In this role, Tenisha manages the administration of the various Affinity Group and Inclusion & Diversity Committee initiatives in our Ontario, Vancouver, and Calgary offices. She provides thought leadership on Inclusion and Diversity initiatives and best practices, while collaborating on firm CLE and training related to Inclusion and Diversity, including liaising with external service providers. She also manages the outreach and collaboration initiatives with external organizations at the student and lawyer levels, along with administering the firm’s Law in Action Within Schools (LAWS) collaboration program at the high school level.

Prior to joining Cassels, Tenisha held the position of National Chair of the Black Professionals Inclusion Network for a Big 4 financial firm in Toronto.

In addition to her work at Cassels, Tenisha is actively involved with a team of Board of Directors who use market research and strategic insights to enable growth in diverse women founded businesses.
