Stacey Weltman is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Stacey’s practice focuses on public and private mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and general corporate and commercial law matters. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Stacey summered and articled with the firm.
Stacey graduated from Western University in 2017 where she completed a specialization in Sociology. Stacey graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School in 2020. Throughout both her undergraduate and law degrees, Stacey was an active member of school life, volunteering and participating in numerous academic and community based programs.
