Nico Elliott is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Nico summered and articled with the firm. During this time, Nico gained valuable experience in intellectual property in particular copyright and trademark, entertainment, and corporate transactions involving both public and private companies.
A graduate of the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law. Nico was an active member of the community as a case worker with Community Legal Aid, as a member of Pro Bono Students Canada and as a Board Member of CJAM, Windsor’s non-profit campus-based community radio station. In fall of 2019 Nico completed a diploma in international business law while on exchange to Université Jean Moulin III, in Lyon, France.
Nico graduated with an honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Nico went on to work in the film post-production sector in Toronto and in music publishing for a prominent Toronto independent record label.
In her spare time, Nico maintains her passion for the arts as a volunteer for Artists’ Legal Advice Services of Toronto.
