Maggie is a paralegal in the Business Law Group at Cassels, working in the Vancouver Corporate Services Department. In this role, Maggie provides assistance with general corporate proceedings for private companies. She provides support to lawyers and clients on corporate matters including, but not limited to, annual compliance, due diligence, extra-provincial registrations and updates and other routine corporate changes.
