Lina El Mugammar (she/her/hers) is an associate in the Business Law Group and a member of the Intellectual Property team at Cassels. Lina graduated from Osgoode Hall Law School and has completed the Osgoode Certificate in Entertainment Law.
During law school, she volunteered with Law in Action Within Schools, an outreach organization, where she facilitates workshops for students at partnering high schools in Toronto. In her hometown of Waterloo, Lina works with the Business Education Partnership where she participates in youth career panels, workshops, and educational videos.
Before law school, Lina graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Waterloo. During her undergraduate degree, she focussed on environmental studies and fine art. In her spare time, Lina enjoys oil, acrylic, and digital painting. Prior to joining Cassels as an associate, Lina was both a summer and articling student with the firm.
