Kyle L. Kuczynski is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels and a member of the Construction Law team. Kyle advises construction industry clients in the dispute resolution and litigation process. Kyle advises owners, contractors and subcontractors on construction issues including the enforcement of construction liens, delay claims, breach of contract, breach of trust, surety bond claims, deficiencies and bidding and tendering. Kyle has represented clients, both plaintiffs and defendants, before the Ontario Superior Court of Justice and in private arbitrations.

Prior to joining Cassels, Kyle worked as an associate practicing construction litigation at another Canadian law firm. Kyle completed his JD at Windsor Law School where he was awarded the Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP Centennial Prize in Constitutional Law and was a member of the Windsor Law School Hockey Team.
