Kelly Calbery is a law clerk in our Real Estate & Development Group with over three decades of progressive legal experience, specializing in transactional matters with emphasis on commercial lending. Having developed attention to detail in supporting our professionals, Kelly assists in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions from commencement to closing, including conducting, reviewing and summarizing title searches, off title searches, corporate and personal property searches, drafting requisition letters, drafting and coordinating all necessary documents required for closing including title insurance policies and endorsements. Kelly also assists with effecting registration of all documents, status reports and final reports with respect to financings, acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties.
As part of her professional community, Kelly is a member of The Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario (ILCO).
