Kailey Hubele is an associate in the Employment & Labour Group at Cassels. Kailey advises clients on matters relating to the employment relationship and the implementation of workplace policies. This includes wrongful and constructive dismissal claims and employment standards disputes.
In addition to employment and labour, Kailey also offers experience with privacy and cybersecurity issues, including drafting and reviewing privacy policies and advising employers on their obligations under applicable privacy legislation.
Prior to joining Cassels, Kailey was an associate in the Employment & Labour Group at another national firm.
