Erin Minuk is an associate in the Litigation Group at Cassels, with a focus on employment & labour related issues. Erin maintains a broad litigation practice with an emphasis on assisting corporate clients with all aspects of employment and labour law. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Erin summered and articled with the firm.
Erin completed her J.D. at the Schulich School of Law at Dalhousie University. During law school, Erin served as Co-Chair for Orientation Week, President of the Community Outreach Society and through Pro Bono, Erin assisted unrepresented litigants with appeals at the Nova Scotia Labour Board. Upon graduation, Erin received the David Jones award for her contributions to the law school and was elected as “President for Life” by the graduating class.
Prior to law school, Erin graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Manitoba where she received the gold medal for highest standing in her degree. During her undergraduate degree Erin served on the Arts Student Body Council and volunteered with Meals on Wheels.
