Conrad Lee is an associate in the Business Law Group at Cassels. Conrad’s practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, securities, corporate finance and general corporate and commercial law. During his M.B.A. studies, Conrad was involved with the Queen’s University Alternative Asset Fund, a student directed portfolio of hedge funds.
Conrad received his J.D./M.B.A. from Queen’s University and the Queen’s Smith School of Business. While there, Conrad volunteered for the Markham Stouffville Hospital Foundation serving as a strategic consultant on donor recognition and stewardship strategies. Prior to studying law, Conrad earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Toronto. Conrad previously spent a summer working in house with a large telecommunications company in Hong Kong. Before joining Cassels as an associate, Conrad summered and articled with the firm.
